Recruiter trainee in SMM, TOV

         Main responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for various vacancies
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates, evaluating their experience and competencies.
• Coordinating the hiring process from the initial contact to the new employee starting work.
• Reporting on the status of candidates and the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  
  Requirements for the candidate:
  
  
• Experience in recruiting or HR of 6 months will be an advantage, but we will consider candidates without experience if there is a strong desire to learn.
• High level of communication skills and ability to establish contact with people.
• Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
• li> Possession Ukrainian, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of candidate search tools (Work.ua, Rabota.ua, etc.).
