Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in recruiting or HR of 6 months will be an advantage, but we will consider candidates without experience if there is a strong desire to learn.
- High level of communication skills and ability to establish contact with people.
- Ability to work in a team and make independent decisions.
- li> Possession Ukrainian, knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of candidate search tools (Work.ua, Rabota.ua, etc.).
