• entering the planned work schedule in IS KIS, verification of planned schedules in IS;
• allocation of personnel according to schedules, introduction of employees for signature;
• registration of all types of employee absences in IS, documentation of all types of absences at the workplace , registration of all types of vacations, daily control of deviations of actual departures according to the planned schedule;
• control of applications for recruitment;
• registration of downtime;
• communication with personnel: registration selection, transfer, dismissal and sending of documents to the personnel department;
• explaining to employees controversial issues regarding the calculation of salaries and bonuses;
• conducting questionnaires/surveys at fixed divisions.

  We expect from you:

  • experience with touch functionality will be an advantage;
  • user-level PC skills, in particular with programs: MS Office (Excel, Word);
  • li>willingness to work for the result.
