That is why we are looking for an in-house recruiter / Talent Partner who wants to build, influence and see the results of his work in the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Recruiter in Gron is an in-house role focused specifically on recruiting and team building and is a partner for managers and teams: a person who takes responsibility for the quality of hiring, builds an approach and sees the results of his work in real business. What is important here is not the title of the position, but what system you will create and how it will work further. This is a partner position with a real impact on the quality of hiring and team development.
The role involves full involvement in the team and internal processes of the company and does not involve a freelance or project format.
MAIN TASKS
- Development and improvement of the recruiting process in the company
- Active participation in team formation
- Formation and support of the pool of candidates (talent pool). WE OFFER

OUR EXPECTATIONS
– 2 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency). Higher education.
– Experience in managing vacancies independently from the request to the exit of the candidate.
– Understanding of recruiting as a systemic process, not just individual tools.
– Willingness to work directly with managers and take responsibility for the quality of hiring.
– Independence, initiative and desire to build, not just execute.
