We are an experienced e-commerce company with a dozen online stores, our own brands and stable scaling in Ukraine and abroad. its limits. And now we are looking for a recruiter, a person who will become our team architect, and not just "HR".

Your tasks:

  • Active search for candidates: both incoming applications and cold search (LinkedIn, Telegram, communities, recommendations).
  • Conducting short screening calls on adequacy, motivation and basic competences.
  • Management of recruitment funnel, systematic update of statuses, control of deadlines.
  • Collaboration with heads of departments to determine the real requirements of vacancies.
  • Search for people at a  fast pace, but with a high selection quality.
  • (Will be a plus) Creating or optimizing the onboarding of new employees: adaptation control, checklists, communication.

We want to see in you:

  • Experience in recruiting from 1 year (digital/e-commerce is a big plus).
  • Skills close vacancies, and not just conduct interviews.
  • Ability to evaluate not only hard skills, but also values, adequacy and motivation.
  • Ability to structure information and keep many tasks in focus in parallel.
  • Speed, responsibility, "essential" style of communication.
