Junior Recruiter (Media Buying) in Talent Hunters Hub

What do we expect from you?

• Basic understanding or interest in the field of digital marketing / media buying;
• Experience in recruiting from 6 months (will be an advantage);
• Knowledge of the basics of recruiting: active search, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates;
• Willingness to work with ATS systems (we will learn if there is no experience);
• Strong communication skills and the ability to find a common language with different people;
• Responsibility, proactivity and a desire to develop in the HR field.

The duties of this position will be diverse and exciting:

• Conducting a full cycle of work with candidates:from active search for talents to their adaptation in the company and support at all stages of the career path;
• Active search talent: via job sites (including LinkedIn), social media, referrals and other channels;
• Collaboration with team leaders:assist in identifying hiring needs;
• Candidate assessment: both professional and personal qualities to find the perfect fit matching;
• Creating attractive vacancies: we believe that a job description is the first step to success;
• Supporting candidates at all stages:from first contact to adaptation.
