3. Participation in the improvement of recruiting processes:
- development of methods, tools, search channels and candidate databases;
- optimization of hiring, assessment and onboarding workflows.
4. Carrying out regular analysis of the labor market and tracking current trends.
5. Participation in the development of the project and department:
- support for individual stages of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance, offboarding;
- participation in the formation of corporate culture;
- help in the development of recruiting.

- You have from 6 months of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

- You understand how to lead a vacancy from a brief to an offer or you want to confidently develop in this direction.

- You have an interest in hiring in non-technical roles, especially in marketing / sales.
- You know how to work with different channels of searching for candidates.

- You like communication, you know how to build trust and maintain a positive candidate experience.

- You have a systematic approach, attention to details and a desire to improve processes.

- You already confidently use AI / AI tools at work or quickly adapt to them and understand how they can help in sourcing, communication, information analysis and optimization of recruiting processes.

- Do you want to be involved not only in recruiting, but also in various HR-tasks related to team and company development.

Will be a plus:

- Experience in closing vacancies in marketing / sales.

- English from confident A2 and above.

- Experience of participating in onboarding, adaptation or other HR processes.

Working conditions:

  • Remote work, european-based company.
  • Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off.
  • Working hours: fixed, from 9:00 to 18:00.
  • Lunch break: flexible, 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00.
