Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in Unihost

We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us build a strong team with a primary focus on marketing, sales and product, and occasionally Tech. This role will suit you if you already have at least 6 months of experience in recruiting, you want not only to work with vacancies, but also to gradually join the development of processes, improve the candidate experience and grow the company through people.

What will be in your area of responsibility:

1. Conducting a full cycle of recruiting non-technical specialists, mainly for marketing / sales / product, sometimes - Tech.
2. Support of the onboarding process of new specialists together with the Hiring Manager / Lead:
- help in adaptation and familiarization with the company's values;
- collection and provision of feedback;
- setting check-in points for the adaptation period.
3. Participation in the improvement of recruiting processes:
- development of methods, tools, search channels and candidate databases;
- optimization of hiring, assessment and onboarding workflows.
4. Carrying out regular analysis of the labor market and tracking current trends.
5. Participation in the development of the project and department:
- support for individual stages of the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance, offboarding;
- participation in the formation of corporate culture;
- help in the development of recruiting.

- You have from 6 months of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

- You understand how to lead a vacancy from a brief to an offer or you want to confidently develop in this direction.

- You have an interest in hiring in non-technical roles, especially in marketing / sales.
- You know how to work with different channels of searching for candidates.

- You like communication, you know how to build trust and maintain a positive candidate experience.

- You have a systematic approach, attention to details and a desire to improve processes.

- You already confidently use AI / AI tools at work or quickly adapt to them and understand how they can help in sourcing, communication, information analysis and optimization of recruiting processes.

- Do you want to be involved not only in recruiting, but also in various HR-tasks related to team and company development.

Will be a plus:

- Experience in closing vacancies in marketing / sales.

- English from confident A2 and above.

- Experience of participating in onboarding, adaptation or other HR processes.

- Interest in employer brand, corporate culture and recruiting development.

- Willingness to grow in the direction of HR / People Partner / Talent Management.

Working conditions:

• Remote work, european-based company.
• Schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off.
• Working hours: fixed, from 9:00 to 18:00.
• Lunch break: flexible, 1 hour between 12:00 and 15:00.
• Mandatory probationary period of 2-3 months (can be closed earlier, retroactively).
