We are a development company that works with commercial real estate, construction and investment projects.
We create clear and profitable solutions for investors and are currently in the growth phase.

Therefore, we are looking for a financial director who will be able to not just "keep numbers", but build and keep the company's financial system under control.

Main tasks:

— Full control of the company's finances
— Construction of financial models for projects
— Cash flow management
— Formation and control of budgets
— Work with by investors (accounting, reporting, profit distribution)
— Financial accounting for objects (construction, rent, expenses)
— Preparation of management reporting for the owner
— Optimization of costs and financial processes
— Implementation of systematicity and transparency in finance

— you have experience as a financial director/financial manager
— you know how to build a financial system, not just keep records
— you have experience working with large amounts of data and funds
— you can take responsibility and make decisions
