Main functions

  • Collection of job information together with department heads. Preparation of clear, attractive and structured job descriptions that meet the requirements of the position and the values ​​of the unit. Optimization of the text to increase the interest of candidates.
  • Search and selection of the most effective resources for posting vacancies (job sites, social networks, professional forums, etc.). Publication of job announcements in accordance with the requirements of the platform and keeping the information up-to-date.
  • Regular checking of candidate reviews for published vacancies. Selection of relevant resumes for further consideration. Prompt response to applications to ensure timely contact with candidates.
  • Initial evaluation of candidates based on CV or cover letter. Analysis of compliance of experience, skills and qualifications with job requirements.
  • Coordination of interview schedules between candidates and representatives of the unit. Preparation of managers or teams for interviews (providing information about candidates). Reminding candidates and managers about scheduled meetings.
  • Entering candidate information into a database with their key characteristics, review status and contact information. Organizing and structuring data to facilitate the search for suitable candidates in the future. Regular updating of data on candidates, updating their statuses.
  • Establishment and support of effective feedback with candidates at each stage of selection. Informing candidates about the results of consideration of their applications and further steps.
  • Monitoring the results of posting vacancies on various resources (quantity and quality of feedback). Identification of the most effective channels for attracting candidates and their prioritization.
  • Optimization of the recruitment process. Participation in the development and implementation of new approaches to the search and evaluation of candidates. Ensuring compliance with internal recruiting procedures.

Basic requirements

  • Practical work experience in the field of recruitment, writing vacancies, communication with candidates. Knowledge of candidate search, evaluation and engagement processes across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to write clear, structured and engaging job descriptions. Developed communication skills to interact with candidates, department heads and teams.
  • Experience with candidate database management systems and the ability torhyme its relevance. Ability to effectively organize and structure information.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and arrange interviews around candidate and supervisor schedules. Attention to detail in the process of analyzing resumes, maintaining a database and working with documents.
