• Processing the candidate database, telephone interview, assessment of professional suitability
• Communication with pharmacy managers and coordination of vacancy requests
• Formation and updating of internal candidate databases
• Maintaining vacancy closing statistics and weekly reporting
• Participation in internal HR projects
• Maintaining a positive image of the company on the labor market
