General information:
Partnership for strong Ukraine (FPSU) is a long -standing, multilateral donor program, which is managed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Commonwealth of Nations and Development ( Foreign Ministry) with the support of the governments of Estonia, Canada, the Netherlands, the United States, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden in cooperation with the Government of Ukraine.
The purpose of the FPSU is to provide the Ukrainian state with the best conditions for the management of inclusive restoration and revival of Ukraine in partnership with civil society and the private sector in the conditions of Russian aggression. This should contribute to the development of a more stable, socially cohesive, inclusive, democratic, sovereign and prosperous Ukraine. The FPSU provides funding for Ukrainian and international executive partners and implements projects based on the results of research and evidence.

Basic responsibilities and responsibilities
Personnel selection specialist is responsible for managing and facilitating the selection of local personnel for the FPSU project. The vacancy is open to Ukrainian citizens.

1. Selection of new personnel for the FPS2 project, including checking the description of the positions and preparation of the list of questions for interviews.
2. Analysis of ways of effective vacancies in Ukraine.
3. Management of the process of recruitment, including the analysis of candidates' applications for compliance with the desired qualification requirements and the expected amount of work, providing recommendations on strong candidates for interviews, interview planning, interviews together with the relevant personnel.
4. Management of current correspondence with candidates, including collection of documents with biographical data, documents on previous places of work and conducting written and oral verification of recommendations.
5. Analysis of the salary of candidates, the budget allocated for the FPSU project and providing recommendations on wages.
6. Collection of documentation for the selection of staff and assistance to operating units in integration of documentation for the selection of staff into personal affairs.
7. Other duties on demand.
Qualification
1. The bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, finance, law, management or other relevant industry is mandatory
2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the selection of staff or personnel unit is mandatory
3. Experience in projects/technical assistance programs will be an advantage4. Work with 7-10 vacancies at the same time

Principal Duties and Responsibilites
The Recruiter Position is Responsible for Leading and Facilitating The Loca Recruitment. Position is Opened for Ukrainian Nationals.
r esponsibilities
1. Recruit New Talent for the PFRU2 PROJECT, INCLUDING REVIEWING JOB Descriptions and Preparing List of Questions for Interview.
2. Research Avenues for Effective Advertisements Across Ukraine.
3. Manage The Recruitment Process, Including Review Applications Against Desired Qualifications and Anticipated Scope of Work Ith Relevant Existation Staff.
4. Manage Ongoing Correspondence with Candidates, Including the Collection of Biographical Data Documentation, previous employment documents, and conducting written and verbal reference checks.
5. Review candidates’ salary history, the allocated budget for the PFRU project and make recommendations for salary offers.
6. Collect recruitment documentation and support operations teams in integrating recruitment documentation into personnel files.
7. Perform other duties upon request.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, management or another relevant field required
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working in recruitment management or human resources is required.
3. Experience in technical assistance projects/programs will be a plus.
4. Ability to work with 7-10 vacancies at the same time
5. Have successful cases of closing vacancies by executive search
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian are required.
Location of Assignment
Kyiv, Ukraine, with possibility partial remote work Supervision and Reporting
The Recruiter will report directly to the Senior Talent management officer.
Duration of Assignment:
3 months (with possibility of extension)
