Recruiter's Assistant (Remote) in MS-Mayster

MS-Master — we are actively expanding in the real estate market and forming a team of the best brokers. 

We need a right-hand man for our HR department - a person who is ready to learn to see the potential in candidates and is ready to grow professionally with us, working from anywhere in the world.

What you will do:

—Incoming feedback processing: you are the first to find candidates among hundreds of resumes. 

—Active communication in chats:support of candidates from the first message to the moment of going to the interview. 

— Organization of the process: maintenance of the interview calendar and prompt transfer of information to the recruiter.

Remuneration and development:

— Income: rate + bonuses for each successful candidate. Your real income will be from UAH 36,000 to UAH 50,000. 

—Transparent bonuses: we pay extra for your speed, quality of selection and fulfillment of KPIs for closing positions. 

—Learning from scratch: we invest in your knowledge by providing access to modern recruitment techniques and IT recruiting tools.

Your work format:

— Full remoteness: you manage your workspace independently. We don't care where you are, the main thing is your involvement and result. 

— Absence of micromanagement: we value responsibility and give freedom in decision-making.
