Recruiter remotely in Three Trading Group Poland Spzoo

We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our team to find, select and attract talented professionals. If you have excellent communication skills, organization and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you with us!
Main Responsibilities:
- Finding and attracting candidates through various channels (job search sites, social networks, professional communities, etc.)

- Conducting interviews and evaluating the suitability of candidates to the company's requirements

- Working with the internal database of candidates and keeping it up-to-date

- Coordination of all stages of the recruiting process (from initial contact to job offer)

- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and developing the employer brand

- Cooperation with department heads to clarify job requirements and profile of candidates
Requirements:
- 2 years of recruiting experience

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different types of candidates

- Possession of tools for search for candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, Work.ua, Rabota.ua, etc.)

- Ability to work under conditions of multitasking and limited deadlines

- Orientation on results and high quality standards

- knowledge of the English language

- knowledge of the Polish language is desirable
