Your Duties Would Include:

  •  2/2 working schedule, 12-hour shifts

  • Answering inquiries (written communication only)

  • Identifying problems and escalating them to the respective departments

  •  Working with CRM systems and admin panel

Our Best Candidate:

  •  Is proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).

  •  Is polite and flexible

  •  Has great written communication skills

  •  Knows how to handle objections and persuade clients
