Max-Call is a leading call center in the field of online sales of beauty products and health (food supplements) as well as wow products.

Our team works remotely throughout Ukraine.

We are looking for an experienced, proactive recruiter who will help expand the company's staff with qualified personnel.

Who do we need?

• recruiter who is result oriented, knows how to take responsibility and show intelligence in time;
• a person with experience in mass recruitment -a recruiter who had a successful experience in closing vacancies for sales managers of dietary supplements;
• a person who knows how to feel the interlocutor and analyze what he says;
• a specialist who knows how to analyze his work, independently find errors and promptly work on their correction.

What should be done?

• close vacancies for sales managers in the hot and cold sales department, and other positions at the request of management;
• initiate new sources of personnel search;
• implement the recruitment plan;
• timely and carefully fill out reports.
