Recruiter (remote) for a temporary employment agency

Position description:We are looking for an energetic and communicative recruiter to work on a remote basis in a temporary employment agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, a high level of organization and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for various positions for temporary employment
• Conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their professional skills
• Preparation and placement of vacancies on various platforms
• Cooperation with clients to determine their personnel needs
• Maintaining a database of candidates and updating information about them
• Organizing and coordinating the candidate employment process
• Providing advice to candidates regarding the employment process< /li>

Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year
• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related fields
• Fluency in Ukrainian, knowledge of English will be an advantage
• High communication skills and ability to work with people
• Ability to work in multitasking mode and react quickly on request
• Confident user of PC and office programs
• High level of responsibility and organization
