• Experience of work by referral from the 1st year;
• Ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Excel is a must - an advanced user;
• Knowledge of the principles of budgeting and cost management;
• Experience of successfully closing vacancies of various levels;
• Knowledge methods of search, selection, assessment of personnel;
• The ability to quickly find the necessary information in search engines, analyze and briefly formulate the essence;
• Communication, language and written literacy, initiative, organizational skills, creative talent and the ability to solve various tasks;
• The desire to develop in the field of HR.

Functional:

• Control of recruitment and closing of candidates by recruiters;
• One-to-One meetings with employees companies;
• Assessment, training and development of personnel;
• Monitoring of the labor market and wage level;< /li>
• Formation of the HR budget of the Company;
• Prescription of KPI;
• Management and implementation of HR projects;
• Increasing the attractiveness of the employer brand.
