Recruiter/recruitment specialist in Kasta

Kasta is the largest fashion marketplace for clothes, shoes and accessories in Ukraine. For more than 14 years, Kasta has been opening the best international and local brands to Ukrainians and proving by its own example that fashionable online shopping is easier, faster and cheaper. We are an IT company that develops new business in the e-commerce market, implementing our ideas and applying world best practices. 

We are looking for a Recruiter whose task will be to support business growth through team development.

What will be included in the duties:

• Preparation and publication of vacancies on various platforms
• Search, assessment and selection of candidates for various company vacancies
• Primary communication with candidates and organization interview
• Communication with candidates and area managers regarding test tasks
• Maintenance of candidate database and communication with potential applicants

• With 3 years of experience in recruiting
• Successful experience in closing vacancies of various levels of complexity
• Fluent Ukrainian language and knowledge of English at level B2 and above
• There is a desire to constantly learn and develop professionally
