Recruiter, personnel search manager in United Plumbing & Water Heaters

We are looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about connecting talent with opportunity, skilled in building relationships, and adept at identifying the best candidates for our team.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle recruitment by: 

-creating and posting jobs; 

-sourcing and screening applicants; 

-scheduling and conducting interviews; 

-negotiating and presenting the Offer letters to candidates; 

• Develop technical screening in collaboration with hiring managers. 
• Manage recruitment files for all candidates. 
• Maintain constant communication and provide feedback to all candidates. 
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Onboarding of new employees, conducting New Hire Orientation and exit interviews; 
• Prepare employee notices, letters, memorandums, and other documents as required;
• Assists managers/supervisors in dealing with employee issues including investigations and providing advice in managing the progressive disciplinary procedure;
• Other duties as required including.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in recruiting for various positions, including technical, non-technical, and manager roles, is a plus

Schedule: from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm by PST time zone.

Probation period 1 month.

Salary: on probation period – 1300,00 $.

Then 1300,00 $ + Bonuses.
