We are expanding our team and looking for our active, a motivated, driven recruiter, HR manager.

• experience in recruitment (retail, HoReCa will be an advantage) -from 1 year;
• knowledge of the recruiting process (full cycle, online and offline selection) and adaptation of line personnel;
• personal competencies: initiative, communication , attention to details, flexibility, ability to work in a team, focus on results.

Main tasks:

• search for personnel and conduct initial interviews on online interviews;
• provide feedback to the customer and adjust the search process;
• conduct adaptation personnel;
• monitor the labor market;
• conduct internal reporting.
