The company "TVT - Insurance Broker", which has been successfully operating in the insurance market since 2007, invites you to join its team for the position of Recruiter.

Requirements:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• high organization and the ability to work in conditions of a high level of responsibility;
• good command of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• high level of communication skills;
• ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Search and recruitment of personnel (work with search channels depending on the level and type of position) of different levels.
• Carrying out measures for introduction to the position, onboarding.
• Providing information on personnel issues to all employees.
• holding 1:1 meetings  constant communication with employees
