- Participation in the development and implementation of the employer brand development strategy;
- Creating interesting and attractive content for publication in social networks to attract the attention of potential candidates, demonstrate the company culture, values and advantages of work.

Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of human resource management, psychology, marketing or a related field;
- Experience in the field of recruiting (experience in a bank, recruiting agency or field will be an advantage marketing/SMM);
- Understanding of modern recruitment methods, including the use of various platforms for sourcing candidates, assessing skills and conducting interviews;
- High communication skills, including the ability to conduct effective interviews and establish contact with candidates;
- Creativity, initiative, the ability to create quality and interesting content;
- Responsibility and the ability to work in team.
