Goal positions: 

Responsibility for the implementation of the full cycle of recruiting, including search, selection, interviews and hiring of new employees.

Key tasks of the position:

• Development and implementation of strategies for attracting, adapting and retaining talented specialists
• Working with company management to determine personnel needs and build a profile candidate
• Actively communicate with potential candidates through various channels, including social networks, professional platforms and recruiting agencies.
• Labor market analysis and search for new recruiting sources.
• Maintenance and development of the candidate database and maintenance of the employee database
• Ensuring high-quality recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements

Requirements for successful candidate:

• Higher education in the field of psychology, HR or related specialties
• Experience in a similar position from 2 years
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment methods and tools
• Knowledge of modern search and recruitment tools
• Microsoft office suite and ability to work with ATS
• Skills conduct interviews and assessments effectivelyvats of candidates.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in conditions of a high work pace and complete assigned tasks on time.
