We are a modern SMM agency that helps clients develop in the digital space. We are currently looking for a recruiter who can quickly and qualitatively select specialists in the field of marketing and creativity.

Your main tasks:

• Search, selection and communication with candidates for positions in SMM, marketing, design, copywriting etc.;

• Working closely with department heads to understand staffing needs;

• Maintaining a candidate database and maintaining communication with potential employees;

• Participating in the improvement of recruiting processes.

We are looking for a person who:

• Active, communicative and fast is studying;

• Able to find an approach to different types of people;

• Has a basic understanding of the digital sphere or a desire to understand it;

• Possesses competent Ukrainian (knowledge of English will be an advantage);

• Has a desire to develop in HR or marketing.
