Recruiter (Non-Technical) in Jooble

Jooble is a Ukrainian product IT company that is part of to the top 10 most visited sites in the world in the Jobs And Employment segment. Our flagship product is an international job search site used by millions of people in 67 countries every day. We have grown from a startup founded by two students to a global player with a team of over 280 professionals.

We are currently looking for aRecruiter (Non -Technical)with which we will find the most talented candidates for non-technical roles in our core products and build hiring processes in our startups. You will build teams that will create innovative products.

The following tasks await you:

• Creating a search strategy and map of donors for specific vacancies;
• Closing Non-Technical vacancies of various levels of complexity (from Junior to Senior);
• Building long-term, partnership relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
• Search for candidates using various channels (we do not limit search tools and provide you have everything you need for work);
• Conducting interviews and in-depth evaluation of candidates (we attach great importance to this, because we understand how important it is to find a candidate , which will ideally match a certain role);
• Building partnerships with hiring managers to collaboratively find the best candidates for Jooble;
• The full recruitment cycle (starting from the discussion of the candidate's profile requirements with the hiring manager, ending with the job offer);
• Negotiations with candidates and their support at all stages of recruitment;
• Personalized feedback to candidates (it is important for us to provide a great Candidate Experience);
• Tracking current recruiting trends and implementing ideas that will help us hire the most talented candidates;
• Working with ATS (BreezyHR) and testing and implementing new automation tools.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• You have full-cycle recruiting experiencengu from 2 years with Non-Technical vacancies;
• You know how to absorb different methods of searching for candidates and you will not rest until you find the best one in your opinion a candidate for a specific role;
• You have experience in in-depth interviews and competency assessments and enjoy it;
• Do you know how to build a partnership with the hiring manager and work for a common result;
• You are interested in market news, trends and are constantly updated (we will also promote this);
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to negotiate effectively ;
• Interested in recruiting analytics and friends with data;
• Ready to participate in various projects;
• English level: intermediate+ or higher.

Format. We have an office in Kyiv, but you can work from home if that's more convenient. We provide all the necessary equipment for your productivity and comfort.

Schedule.Choose yourself when to start your 8-hour workday (between 8:00 and 10:00 Kyiv time).

Development. Each jubler has his own budget for personal and professional development.

Health. Comprehensive health insurance for everyone who works with us for more than three months. Financial support to cover medical expenses for colleagues abroad. 

We compensate 50% of the payment for the services of a psychologist or coach.

Rest. 24 days of annual leave, 20 days of paid sick leave and 4 additional days of sick leave without a medical certificate.
