Requirements

• Strategic talent search: Development and implementation of candidate search strategy, use of modern methods and tools for attracting the best specialists.
• Full-cycle recruiting: Conducting the entire recruitment process from the initial contact to signing the offer, including interviewing and evaluating candidates. Cooperation with department heads to understand their needs and ensure quality recruitment that meets the company's strategic goals.
• Analysis and reporting: Monitoring the effectiveness of recruiting processes, preparing reports and proposals for their optimization.
• Employer brand: Active participation in the development and maintenance of the employer brand, creating an attractive image of the company on the labor market.

Responsibilities

< li>Experience: From 2 years of work in the field of recruiting, with successful experience of closing vacancies of various levels.
• Education: Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, business or related fields.
< li>Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, knowledge of modern recruiting tools and techniques.
• Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian, English is an advantage.
