Basic requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 2 years, preferably with non-IT positions;
• Ability to conduct dialogue and people orientation;
• Knowledge of the market and employment trends;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode.

  What you will have to do:

  • Implementation of full cycle recruiting process using typical and non-standard selection methods;
  • Supporting candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;
  • Close cooperation with team members and Hiring Managers;
  • Working with ATS.
