Personnel manager, recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Selection and search of personnel;
• Adaptation of employees according to the process;
• Ensuring the process of training employees according to the existing process;
• li>Participation in HR marketing activities;
• Communication with employees and heads of departments;
• Participation in the organization of corporate events;
• Reporting and analytics on the work performed;
• Participation in the organization of surveys
• Participation in other projects of the HR department.
• Education of personnel, conducting trainings

Requirements:

• Work experience (preferably in the medical field) from 2 years;
• Knowledge of personnel administration (will be an advantage);
• HR-recruiting courses (will be an advantage);
• Responsibility, organization, stress resistance;
• High level of communication skills, activity at work and friendliness;
• Computer skills at the level of a confident user;
• High level of emotional intelligence;
• Innovativeness and openness to changes;
