We are looking for a Recruiter - a colleague, to join our team, who is ready to work systematically, to help younger recruiters develop. A person eager for knowledge, who is not afraid of difficulties and a large amount of work. Anyone who wants to gain new experience and earn good money!

What will you do:

• Lead the full cycle of recruitment for various vacancies: from job posting to onboarding and preparation of proposals.
• Conduct preliminary interviews, evaluate candidates according to the internal system.
• Actively search for candidates through various channels (Job sites, social networks, referral programs).
• Cooperate with teams to form requirements for vacancies, update descriptions and relevant materials.
• Prepare and support onboarding processes, documents and proposals for candidates.
• Engage in mentoring and support of junior recruiters, participate in the training and development of the team.
• Participate in improving the processes of recruiting and adaptation of candidates.

You are our ideal candidate if you:

• Have at least 6 months of experience in recruiting.
• You know how to work in a team, you have high motivation and productivity.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
• You know how to manage a large number of tasks at the same time, organization and attention to detail.
• You confidently use Google Docs tools.
