In connection with rapid development and the need to increase the number of employees, we are looking for a Recruiter in the team!

A few words about who we are looking for:
 

• Higher education;
< li>Experience as a recruiter;
• Experience in conducting interviews, successfully closing vacancies with the help of various sources and tools for finding employees;
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills;
• Experience in building a recruiting strategy;
• Ability to create vacancies and see a portrait of a potential candidate.
  
  What you need to do:
   
• Carry out the company's full recruitment cycle (from job creation to closing);
• Search and selection of candidates for various positions, including authors of scientific articles, sales managers and marketers.
• Actively search for candidates using various recruitment channels;
• Conduct initial interviews, accompany the next stages of work with the candidate (interview, test task, adaptation);
• Keep a database of candidates;
• Fix work stages;

• Add, manage and optimize recruiting processes.
