We are looking for a Personnel Manager (mass recruitment of workers).

We offer:

Requirements for the candidate:

1. Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
2. Availability of skills in mass recruitment, adaptation, organization of staff training;
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (confident user of Excel)will be a significant advantage.
4. Systematic, attention to details, focus on the internal customer - a must, communication skills, ability to work in a team, ability to solve complex problems and atypical tasks, make independent decisions;

Responsibilities:

1. Mass recruitment of workers: search and selection for the positions of "Storekeeper", "Truckman", "Forklift driver", "Stacker and packer" of the Logistics Department;
2. Providing support for the process of adaptation of newly hired employees of the company's central staff (labor professions);
3. Development and implementation of a plan of measures for attraction and retention of the company's central staff;
4. Preparation of reports on recruitment, adaptation, turnover processes (conversion, exit interview, adaptation of central staff);
5. Analysis of the labor market and preparation of proposals for management regarding changes in working conditions (salary monitoring);
6. Participation in the process of development (training) of the company's staff;
7. Participation in the organization of purchasing and giving gifts to employees and to their children;
8. Participation in the development of corporate culture: popularization of values, organization of surveys, events, team building.

Location of the office:135 Pirogovsky Shlyach street (Holosiivskyi district, Korchuvate).
