What you will do:
- organize and coordinate an effective recruitment process personnel;
- conduct telephone interviews, individual and group interviews, engage in mass recruitment of employees for new stores;
- accompany store managers and provide comprehensive consultation on work with personnel;
- maintain communication with candidates at all stages of selection and adaptation;
- create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and staff;
- contribute to the improvement of personnel management processes, including the analysis of employee productivity, attraction, development and retention of employees;
- be the first point of contact for solving non-standard situations with employees;
- develop and implement a strategy to improve processes and methods of personnel selection, work with various sources of candidate search.
