iIT Distribution is an international VAD distributor in the field of cyber security, which is actively scaling, opening new offices and forming strong teams in different countries.

We are expanding the HR team and looking for a Technical Recruiter(s) who wants to influence the development of the company and build effective technical teams together with us.

Our expectations:
- 1+ year of experience in technical recruiting or recruiting agencies is a must.
- Experience with international vacancies is a must.
- Understanding of the cyber security market is a priority.
- Willingness to grow quickly and deepen expertise.
- English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and above.

Responsibilities:
- Finding and hiring technical specialists in the field of cybersecurity, as well as managerial and C-level roles.
- Conducting international recruiting processes (Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus and other regions).
- In-depth, targeted search for specialists in niche segments of the cybersecurity market.
- Conducting interviews, evaluation competences, supporting candidates at all stages.
- Interaction with hiring managers, market analytics and recommendations for improving search strategies.
- Formation of a positive candidate experience (candidate experience). Working conditions.
