Chat operator (customer support), remotely in Ohoronec Gurdian, TOV

"GUARDIAN, OHORONETS, LLC" is a security company with 9 years of experience in the Ukrainian security market. We serve more than 200 facilities — from warehouses and retail chains to private offices.

We have our own monitoring centers, rapid response crews, IT department and support service. We are constantly introducing new technologies, so we are currently looking for a person to work in chat mode. The work is completely remote.

What needs to be done

• Provide short answers according to the instructions: check the status of protection, consultations, referral to specialists;
• Fix the request in the CRM system - we will teach you how to do it simply;
• Follow internal communication standards (without complex terminology).
