Requirements:

• Experience in recruiting from 1 year.
• High motivation for work.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish contact with potential candidates.
• Using various resources and methods of personnel search.

Responsibilities:

• Search and selection of candidates for the office and sales staff.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ compliance with position requirements.
• Filling out organizational documents (recruitment application, position profile);
• Filling out performance reports work.
• Maintaining active communication with candidates and managers throughout the hiring process.
• Participation in the process of adapting new employees, creating a job map.

We offer:

• Official employment.
• Work schedule from Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00
• The office is on the left bank (26/28 Veresneva Street).
