Due to rapid growth, we are looking for aleading personal care designer!

Knowledge, skills and experience that we would like to see in the candidate:

• Professional level - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; user level - Canva; AI services and other new generation tools;
• Skills in FMCG packaging and label design/redesign development;
• Experience with cosmetics and/or personal care products will be an advantage;
• In-depth knowledge of design fundamentals, composition and color combination;
• Collaborative experience with printing houses;
• Basic knowledge in the field of technical requirements and technological processes of printing;
• Practical skills in using AI;
• Availability of a portfolio with robots;
• Ability to work in the regime of frequent changes of tasks and limited deadlines, responsibility, attentiveness, literacy, high level of self-organization, orientation to the result, communication skills, the ability to work in a team.

What you will have to do:

• Development of packaging designs, labels, stickers for the range of products companies;
• Development of POSM (postcards, booklets, catalogs and other printed products);
• Creation of infographics;
• Adaptation and preparation of layouts for printing (pre-press preparation). Control of the printing of the first batches;
• Preparation of graphic online materials - web banners, creatives for targeted advertising, email newsletters, images for blog articles, visuals for social networks;
• Creation of a presentation and other visual materials of the direction;
• Maintenance of a database of product packaging/label layouts, etc.
