Key tasks:

• Recruit for open retail vacancies
• Attract candidates using various search resources (hunting, job sites, and alternative search sources)
• Conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates
• Close interaction with store directors
< li>Maintenance of candidate database
• Participate in brand HR development

• Experience in the selection of sales personnel
