The company Statti.in.ua — the leader of the scientific publications market of Ukraine is looking for an assistant manager, recruiter, HR. The work can be partial, depending on the scope of tasks performed. 

Remote work, where you can learn a lot of interesting and new things that you did not know before

Flexible schedule: from 9:00 to 19:00 or partially 3 days a week. 1-2 days are full, we use the remaining time as needed to find personnel.

Duties:

• Help in the search for employees,
• Search for contractors,
• Organization interview,
• Writing checklists, job descriptions,
• Employee training
• Correction of CRI
• Formation of educational materials
• Inserting materials into Sintegrum, etc.

Our ideal candidate:

• Recruiter with 1 year of experience
• Knows how to form a CRI and develop training materials
• Used Syntegrum platform (ideally)
• Eager to learn new things and grow professionally
• Able and able to multitask
• Willing to learn what he does not know
• Confidently possesses in Ukrainian.
