A product IT company in the field of online services is looking for a customer support specialist who likes to understand technical nuances, communicate with people and help them solve problems quickly and efficiently.

What you will do:

  • Register user requests (employers and searchers) in the Service Desk:
    phone, email, messengers (Viber / Telegram / chats).

  • Advise users about working with the site and, if necessary, transfer requests to other departments.

  • Diagnoses and eliminates technical malfunctions related to the operation of the site; escalate complex cases to the development team.

  • Provide initial assistance in setting up and troubleshooting users' software.

  • Support users when paying for services online (bank cards):
    checking the success of payment, initiating returns.

  • Control the fulfillment of obligations to customers (so that no request is "lost").

  • Support, train and advise colleagues on working with the site and separate admin systems.

  • Participate with the technical support team in testing and launching new functionality.

  • Interact with product, sales (enterprise and SMB), finance, marketing.

What we expect from you

Experience and tools:

  • Experience in Service Desk / CRM systems.

  • Working with IP telephony and chat systems.

  • Skills in working with browsers DevTools (network, console, storage) similar.

  • Basic knowledge in the field of testing.

  • Understanding working with browsers (desktop / mobile) and OS: Windows / macOS / Linux / Android / iOS.

Education and skills:

  • Higher education or studying in the senior year of the university, after completing specialized courses.

  • Fluent Ukrainian, English — preferably from the Intermediate level.

  • Attention to details, analytical, communicative.

  • Responsibility, punctuality.

  • The ability to correctly exit conflict situations situations.

Working conditions:

  • Official employment.

  • 24 days of annual leave + paid sick leave.

  • Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00, with an hour break.
