Requirements:

• experience in recruiting from the 1st year (successful experience in closing various vacancies);
• experience in conducting interviews and selecting candidates;
• experience in working with sites and social networks for finding candidates;
• knowledge of modern channels search and recruitment methods;
• competent oral and written communication;
• well-developed communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team;
• active life position and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• organization of the full search cycle and personnel selection (creating a job profile description, placing an advertisement, selection and search of personnel);
• active search for candidates on various platforms (job search sites, social networks, messengers, etc.);
• conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews;
• organization of candidate interviews with store managers (departments) 400">We offer:
