Now we are strengthening the HR department and are looking for a recruiter who is ready to work not only with personnel selection, but also to gradually get involved in the company's HR processes.

Office / hybrid | Full time | Kyiv

60% - recruiting

• Full cycle of selection of line and administrative personnel;

• Working with job sites, candidate databases, incoming feedback;

• Conducting telephone, online and offline interviews;

• Evaluation candidates, formation of recommendations;

• Communication with department heads;

• Supporting the candidate before starting work.

20% — HR processes and administrative support

• Participation in onboarding new employees (checklists, coordination, adaptation);

• Support of adaptation and off-boarding processes;

• Communication with employees on organizational HR issues;

• Participation in maintaining and streamlining HR processes and internal regulations.

20% — HR projects and support HRD

- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates;

- Understanding of basic HR processes (recruiting, onboarding, adaptation);

- Systematic, organized, attentive to details; Willingness to work with several processes at the same time; Willingness to develop in the HR direction.
