staff:
- search and hiring sellers in current and new stores;
- vacancies, resume processing, interviewing; 
- support of candidates before going to work; 
- Formation of personnel reserve.

Adaptation and training: < - Organization of primary training (standards of service, product knowledge, cash discipline);

Basic Reporting: - A weekly staff selection report;
- monthly staff quality report;
