Recruiter/HR Manager for Production in Solonsko, TzOV

Production at the stage of development, which is located in Western Ukraine, invites a Recruiter/HR specialist colleague who lives in the city of Lviv/Lviv region.

Full time (Mon.-Fri., 09.00-18.00)" style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">
Requirements for the Candidate:

1. Experience in the selection of production personnel (including manual and mass selection) is a must, thinking in funnels and numbers, we pay for all the necessary resources.

2. Understanding the principles of working with relevant search resources, taking into account modern ones.

3. Experience with the search for Personnel for travel abroad is desirable, a similar process.

4. Ability to offer alternative solutions and options.

5. Ability to work with modern recruitment systems, targeted advertising and agencies. 

6. Understanding of other HRM processes.

7. Experience in personnel administration will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Search and selection of Personnel according to the approved plan and priorities.

2. Creation of vacancies, their placement, management of relevant resources.

3. Independent search if necessary.

4. Reporting and so onmaintenance of the work system.

5. Construction of other HRM processes.
