We invite you to the HR team of ANC Pharmacy

Now we are expanding the recruiting team and are looking for a recruiter who is important to not just "close vacancies", and to work in an adequate, supportive team and see the results of your work.

Who we are looking for:

• recruiter with 1 year of experience;
• a person who is comfortable working in multitasking mode;
• someone who knows how to keep focus and does not get lost in the dynamics;
• orientation on the result - without this in recruiting)

What will be in the job:

• conducting interviews according to a ready-made script (and with the possibility to add your questions);
• calling candidates: both reviews and cold search;
• work in tandem with a regional researcher:
• headhunting in your region (travel will be compensated);
• on average, about 30 vacancies per month, and these are labelers, pharmacists, managers; there may be more in the season - we will talk about it honestly.
