Management company Maestro Hotel Management invites a "Recruiter (personnel manager)" to its team.
We expect from you:
< street style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Your duties:
- carry out the search and selection of line personnel (mass selection , partly administrative positions);
- organize all stages of selection and interviews with candidates (telephone and personal interviews);
- organize the exit of candidates for work;
- monitor the process of adaptation of new employees ;
- visit facilities (restaurants and hotels) if necessary;
- report on work results;
- conduct labor market monitoring;
- conduct exit interviews;
- in the future, take part in interesting HR projects.
