What will you do:< /p>

• Mass recruitment: posting vacancies on platforms, actively searching for candidates for various positions in stores (consultant sellers, cashiers, shift managers etc.).
• Posting vacancies on various platforms (social networks, specialized sites).
• Conducting telephone and video interviews, organizing interviews in the office.
• Collaboration with store managers to determine staffing needs and ensure the optimal number of employees.
• Maintain and maintain a candidate database, create reports on the recruitment process.
• Participate in the organization of employee events such as such as trainings, corporate parties, team events and other activities to improve team spirit and staff development.

If you:
