The company announces a competition to fill a vacant position «Recruiter, HR manager".

Responsibilities:

• search and selection of personnel;
• formation of candidate profiles and development of vacancy closing strategy;< /li>
• communication with the internal customer applications;
• conducting interviews, organizing meetings;
• creating a personnel reserve and working with it;
• maintaining internal reporting on candidates.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a personnel search manager;
• a high degree of responsibility and self-organization;
• conducting recruiting analytics;
• knowledge of modern candidate search and evaluation methods.
