The Atlas Recruiting company invites an enterprising and communicative recruiter to its team. We specialize in modern approaches to recruitment and are ready to provide all conditions for your professional development.

What will you do?

• Look for talents and help them find their place in the company.
• Conduct interviews that leave the best impression on candidates
• Organize selection stages: from introduction to Job-offer.
• Work with CRM systems, Google Workspace and even participate in our internal HR projects.
• Work closely with the Hiring Manager, forming ideal teams.

What we are we expect from you?

• Higher education in personnel management, management or marketing (completed or on the finish line).
• English language at the level B1
• Knowledge of methods for evaluating candidates.
• Understanding that Candidate Experience is not just words.
• The ability to find a candidate even where he doesn't seem to be there - all sourcing methods are in your arsenal.
• Love for details, analytical thinking and communication skills.
