We invite a Recruiter to join the team, who will help us find talented people and create a strong team of professionals.

Requirements:
Experience as a recruiter for 1 year.
Owning a full recruitment cycle personnel (from application to onboarding).
Ability to work with job portals and search tools.
Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
Ability to form a candidate profile and make a job description.
Organized, ability to work in multitasking mode.

Responsibilities:
Managing the full recruiting cycle — from creation attractive vacancies to accompany the candidate on the first working day.
Closing office positions: sales managers, electricians, category managers, accountants and others.
Conducting interviews independently and together with department heads.
Cooperation with department heads.
