We are looking for a Recruiter / HR Manager to attract talent and support the development of our team.

 Who are we looking for? You are an ideal candidate if:

• You have experience in HR or recruiting (minimum 3 months).
< li>You understand the processes of personnel selection and adaptation of employees.
• You have communication skills and build a positive image of the company.
• You are confident in Google Docs and Excel .
• Result-oriented, responsible and motivated for development.
• Knowledge of English at the B1 level will be an advantage.

What will be your duties?

• Search and selection of candidates for various positions in the contact center?.
• Conducting interviews and assessing the professional and personal qualities of candidates.
• Organizing the process of adaptation of new employees.
• Supporting communication with new and current employees .
• Management of reporting and candidate database
