General Director/Country Manager (management experience in the field of service provision + fluent English) in EBS

The EBS consulting company for its client, an international company operating in Italy, France, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, China (in the order of opening branches) and engaged in the development and adaptation of tools for psychological assessment, is looking for a Regional Manager .

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance or related field (Master's degree preferred);
• Experience in international business management in the field of service provision from 5 to 10 years;
• Clear understanding of budgeting and financial planning;
• Networking skills;
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, both written and verbal communication skills;
• Fluency in English is a must (correspondence, negotiation, communication with head office );
• Proficient PC skills: MS Office (Excel / Power Point).

MAJOR FUNCTIONAL DUTIES:

• Collaboration with senior management on strategic initiatives;
• Management of marketing and sales strategies;
• Increase brand awareness and expand client portfolio;
• Maintaining relationships with customers, retailers and suppliers;
• Reviewing and evaluating competitors;
• Creating and implementing effective business plans;
• Developing effective plans actions and timely and response to emergency situations;
• Development of marketing plans;
• Team development (participation in personnel selection, training, motivation);
• Development of standards for optimal productivity;
• Development and implementation of crisis prevention and management strategy;
• Management of budgets;
• Oversight of current projects.
